About Leo's Voice

Leonardo Mason Eslinger died after alleged abuse from his court approved caretakers. We believe Leo’s death represents a failure of Indiana’s legal system and child protective services. The family tried everything in its power to keep Leo and his siblings safe, but their concerns fell on deaf ears.

Leo’s Voice is established as a non-profit organization with the primary purpose of preventing child abuse, particularly abuse stemming from systemic failures in child protective services such as the Department of Child Services (DCS), Division of Child and Family Services (DCFS), and other similar entities.
